This recipe is on repeat in our house hold. I am not kidding when I say we make this recipe at least 2-3x a week. We’ve been on a high protein diet so this has been an easy go to lunch for us & we’re both totally okay with it!
Last summer my husband and I went to my grandmother’s village to visit family. My grandmother’s bother owns a classic Greek style tavern in the village.
Here’s the secret recipe for you to make at home!
-2 pounds grass fed ground beef
-1 Red Onion shredded or blended
-1tbs Red Wine Vinegar
-1 tbs mustard powder or regular mustard
-2 Eggs
-Parsley
-Salt & Pepper
