10:30 am - 11:00 am
Silent Doodle time together with guided thinking prompts
11:00 am - 12 pm
Doodle your Visions:
Learn to create an abstract drawing of the photographs in your vision board to download the image further into your subconscious mind & nervous system.
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Glue your doodles, abstract drawings, and photo onto a large poster board to take home and look at everyday.
Leave the session with reflections on the daily habits that will help you realize your vision.

How to Prepare:
Meditate on where you see your life in one year, in 5 years or in 10 years.
On a material level: The house, the yard, the family, the travel, the clothes, shoes, bags, ect.
Then get deeper with yourself.
How you want your day to day to FEEL?
More Love? More Joy? More Peace?
Search for images that can help you cultivate that FEELING within yourself.
Print out pictures yourself, or email then to info@christinaangelosstudios.com before January 28th.
A selection of stock images will also be provided at the workshop.
